Bloemfontein Celtic have lost the arbitration against Mamelodi Sundowns for naming the suspended Tebogo Langerman in the Matchday squad for the Nedbank Cup Final.
Bloemfontein Celtic lost their Arbitration hearing on a technicality for their late submission of their "protest." Mamelodi Sundowns have admitted guilt for their part in including a suspended player in their team sheet.
Siwelele CEO Khumbulani Konco confirmed to host Robert Marawa during an interview with Marawa Sports Worldwide late on Thursday, that "The arbitration sat and the arbitrator said we should have lodged a complaint 30 minutes before the game. We lost the case."

The Disappointed Celtic CEO also went on to say " I am disappointed with the PSL Prosecutor Nande Becker. When it come to other teams he becomes a Lion but when it comes to Mamelodi Sundowns, he becomes a cat", stressed Konco.
Mamelodi Sundowns will now officially retain their 2019-20 domestic treble as of Monday 28 September.
