Egyptian giants Al Ahly have reportedly reached an agreement with Mamelodi Sundowns over the transfer of Uruguayan playmaker Gaston Sirino for a fee of $3 million (R48 661 500).
The 29-year-old Masandawana midfielder will commit to a three-year-deal with the Egyptian champions, which will see him re-unite with his 2019/20 season treble-winning coach Pitso Mosimane, who is yet to lose a game at the helm of the Egyptian giants since his arrival last month.

Sirino had been linked to Al Ahly prior to the completion of the 2019/20 season, however at the time, Pitso Mosimane was still with the Tshwane-outfit and was reliant on the Uruguayan during the PSL's BSE bubble where the team went on to win league and Nedbank Cup honours.
Prior to this move up North, Sirino had been awarded with the Telkom Knockout Player of the tournament for his exploits that led to Downs claiming their first of three trophies last season.
