- Maritzburg United have announced the signing of Zambia international 28-year-old goalkeeper Sebastian Mwange. The 28-year-old has signed a two-year deal at the Harry Gwala Stadium, with the option for a further two years on his contract. Mwange replaces Ghana international Richard Ofori, 26, who has joined Orlando Pirates.
- Black Leopards have unveiled Yethembe Group as their sponsor, after having gone seven years without a sponsor. Lidoda Duvha also unveiled new signings Sibusiso Khumalo, 31, Rodrick Kabwe, 27, Onyedikachi Ononogbu, 22, Tebogo Makobela, 28, Tebogo Sodi, 28,Tsepo Matsimbi, 21, Ntlakuso Rikhotso, 21, Sibongiseni Mthethwa, 26, Roggert Nyundu, 32, and former Polokwane City player Wiseman Maluleka, 28, ahead of the DStv Premiership season.
- Algerian defender Fares Hachi has arrived in Mzansi and has started training with Maritzburg United. The 30-year-old former Chippa United player could be added to Eric Tinkler's squad for the 2020/21 season if he impresses the technical team. AC Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari has also arrived in the country to negotiate a contract with the Team of Choice.
