Amazulu have signed midfielder Xola Mlambo, 29, as the club continues to strengthen their squad in a quest to build a side capable of finishing in the top four of the DStv Premiership.
Usuthu have added former Chippa United, Bidvest Wits and Orlando Pirates midfielder Xola Mlambo to their roster as the club looks to move away from the relegation battles the club has been involved in during the last seven PSL seasons. Mlambo, who featured only eight times for Bucs last season, joins Amazulu on a four-year-deal.

Amazulu impressed in the 1-1 draw against Orlando Pirates in their first league game of the inaugral DStv Premiership and almost stole all three points after new signing Luvuyo Memela had his last-minute header saved by Wayne Sandilands.
Usuthu coach Ayanda Dlamini praised the teams performance against the Buccaneers saying "I like the intensity in our attack but I think we didn't make the right decisions in the final third".

"We have to keep the same intensity and same mentality, we can only take the positives from this (Pirates match) and work from here," said Dlamini, ahead of their midweek encounter with PSL newcomers TS Galaxy on Wednesday. Kick-off is at 19:30.
