Mamelodi Sundowns coach Steve Komphela has rued what he says are "two points dropped" in their 1-1 draw against Maritzburg United on Saturday.
Masandawana let their one goal lead slip after having taken the lead through star performer Themba Zwane in the 31st minute. Downs were guilty of squandering chances to increase their lead before Kwanda Mngonyama equalised with a header just after the hour-mark to give the Team of Choice their first point of the season.

"We are working hard almost everyday, it's not easy to build a team and it immediately gets to the emotional glue. There has to be an element of cohesion consistently, there has to be an element of consistent action with the right speed, without stress and also playing in a manner where you say I want to dominate the game, I want to dominate the ball, I want to dominate the pitch, I want to play with big personality, I am Mamelodi Sundowns," said the former Golden Arrows and Kaizer Chiefs mentor Komphela.
"Those are things you work towards with understanding that you have new intake, you have a lot of players who come in, they need to be blended, they need to be orientated, they need to be in the Sundowns blood and it doesn't happen overnight but gracefully so, we have been doing that and getting results except the one tonight (vs Maritzburg)," concluded Komphela.
