Coach Kaitano Tembo is optimistic about the second half of the season following the return of key SuperSport United players ahead of their league clash against Orlando Pirates on Wednesday.
The Tshwane side have dropped some points recently but still managed to keep within reach of rivals Mamelodi Sundowns, who currently sit at the summit of the DStv Premiership, four points ahead of second-placed SuperSport United.
"The second round is going to be a little bit more tougher because teams have different ambitions, some want to avoid relegation, others want to get into the top eight, others want to win the league or get into top four. So games are going to be a little bit more difficult so we just have to be ready." said Tembo.

"I think for us we have done well considering the amount of injuries which we have had to our most influencial players like Teboho [Mokoena], Evans [Rusike], Guily Manziba, Iqraam Rayners and Onismor Bhasera.
All those players haven't played much but are slowly coming back to full fitness, so in the second round we hope to have more balance in the team" concluded Tembo.
