Recently axed Ernst Middendorp also grabbed his first ever Premiership Coach Of The Month Award for August following a perfect start to the 2019/20 season.
The German ironically went on to say "I want to thank Kaizer Chiefs for having the belief. I appreciate this award but it doesn't mean we will live on cloud nine forever".
