TS Galaxy have parted ways with striker Wayde Lekay following an agreement to mutually terminate his contract with The Rockets ahead of the 2022/23 season.
The Western-Cape born forward had been with the Mpumalanga based side since 2020 following his move from former National First Division outfit Steenberg United.
Lekay managed to accumulate 47 appearances for TS Galaxy, scoring on his debut against Amazulu and then going on to find the net on seven occassions whilst providing one assist.

The 25-year-old went on a brief scoring spree in December where he scored three goals and provided an assist, with all three stunning goals being nominated for DStv Premiership Goal of the Month for December.
However, Lekay was surprisingly used sparingly following the Afcon 2022 break, accumulating only 59-minutes in total and not being included in the matchday squad for the final five league matches.
