Kaizer Chiefs midfield target Thabo Cele is set to return to his Polish club Radomiak Radom to prepare for the 2022/23 season.
The South African youth international who starred for the country in the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, has decided to return to Europe despite interest from the mighty Amakhosi.
Cele has been in the country on holiday following the completion of the 2021/22 Ekstraklasa season where the 25-year-old featured 13 times and provided one assist, with his team finishing in 7th position on the league table.

Kaizer Chiefs are currently revamping their squad following a exodus of players recently, with Thabo Cele a perfect fit for new head coach Arthur Zwane's playing philosophy which he says requires players who have "high quality, are good technically and tactically, good on and off the ball, and very arrogant on the ball."
However, despite this interest from the Soweto Giants, Cele will return to Radomiak Radom citing his "desire to remain in Europe," after having found "a new lease of life," under new club coach Mariusz Lewandowski who is also keen to retain the South African for next season.
