Cape Town City coach Eric Tinkler has won the DStv Premiership Coach of the Month for April with Mamelodi Sundowns hit-man Peter Shalulile winning Player of the Month.
The Citizens have enjoyed an unbeaten 2022, and managed to win three of their five fixtures in April to help propel the Western Cape side to second spot on the league table.

Meanwhile, Namibian striker Peter Shalulile became the first player in PSL history to score consecutive hat-tricks against Swallows and Golden Arrows respectively.
The 27-year-old star scored six goals in three league matches during the month of April to not only help Masandawana to retain their DStv Premiership title but also moved within three goals of the all-time PSL scoring record in a single season (25 league goals).
